Nathan is the founder of NGJ Legal and is dual qualified as both a Chartered Accountant and Solicitor.
Nathan practices across all practice areas of NGJ Legal, with a keen interest in the wine & hospitality, agribusiness and property sectors.
Nathan’s personal business interests and vast expertise enables him to provide pragmatic advice to clients of any size.
Eddy Nehme
Senior Lawyer
Eddy undertakes a substantial amount of work in the commercial sphere.
He has handled many property and business transactions for clients, and advises businesses – particularly small-to-medium enterprises – in relation to tax effective structuring and exit strategies.
Eddy’s current focus is on providing commercial, property and tax-related assistance to businesses and individuals operating in the business and property sectors.
Richard Phillips

Rick is a commercial solicitor specialising in contractual and property issues, finance and banking, and general business dealings.
Within the property sector Rick has a particular focus on commercial transactions and development work, vineyard and winery transactions, as well as trusts and commercial leases.
Rick is also very experienced in business sale transactions, joint ventures and shareholder agreements.

Rachel is a registered conveyancer who has studied both Certificate IV in Property Services and Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing.
She is responsible for residential and commercial transactions as well as overseeing the Form 1 department.
